• What is your return/exchange policy?

We want to exceed your expectations with both our product & customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate contact us - we will do our best to improve your experience. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring the proper size is ordered - returns/exchanges may not be approved in these situations.

• What size should I order?

Our kids tees are printed on Kavio, kids sweatshirts on LAT Apparel, and adult tees are printed on Bella + Canvas. We have a page which lists basic sizing info, but if you have specific questions about sizes, please check the supplier websites. You are responsible for ensuring the proper size is ordered.

• What colors are WGV tees available in?

Colors vary per design, and will be shown within each listing. Note that some color/size combos may be out of stock from our supplier - you will receive notification via email, and will be given the choice to wait, or choose an alternate color if this is the case.

• Do you take international orders?

Absolutely! Additional shipping charges may apply, please see shipping info for specific details. Customer is responsible for paying all customs fees. Refunds will NOT be issued for refused packages due to customs fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All tees are made-to-order unless otherwise noted - turnaround can potentially take up to 5 weeks, but is typically within the 2 to 3 week range.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. You will be notified when your order has been shipped, and will be provided with a tracking number if one is available.
